Apogee Mind is developed and operated by Itero Aurora LLC, a human-centered design consultancy focused on mental health and brain health technology.

When you create an account or subscribe, we may collect:

•  Email address

•  Payment information (processed securely by a third-party payment provider — we do not store your full payment details)

3.2 Mental Health and Mood Data

The core function of Apogee Mind involves tracking and supporting your mental wellness. This may include:

•  Mood logs and emotional check-ins you enter

•  Self-reported mental health indicators

•  Journal entries or reflection notes

This data is sensitive and is handled with the highest level of care. It is stored on your device and, if you have an account, securely associated with your profile. It is never sold or shared with advertisers.

We collect anonymized, aggregated data about how users interact with the app, including:

•  Features used and frequency of use

•  Session duration and app performance data

•  Crash reports and error logs

This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve the app experience.

Apogee Mind can be used without creating an account. If you use the app as a guest:

•  No account information (name or email) is collected

•  Mood and usage data remains on your device only

•  Uninstalling the app permanently removes your local data

If you choose to subscribe and create an account:

•  Your name and email are collected to manage your account and subscription

•  Your data may be backed up and synced securely to our servers so you can restore it across devices

•  You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us

We use your information only for the following purposes:

•  To provide and improve the core features of Apogee Mind

•  To manage your account and subscription

•  To send important service communications (e.g., account confirmations, updates)

•  To analyze anonymized usage patterns and improve app performance

•  To respond to your support requests

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate the app, including:

•  Payment processors (to handle subscription billing)

•  Cloud infrastructure providers (to store and sync account data securely)

•  Analytics platforms (receiving only anonymized, non-identifiable data)

•  Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time
